Where should the person stand?
For each decision an agent could make, choose how much it may do alone. The review flags irreversible actions with no protection, high-impact actions nobody looks at, and low-risk steps where a person adds delay without adding safety.
The principle
Autonomy is earned and authority is written down. Irreversible actions get a check before they happen, not a review after.
Runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. The only thing remembered, in this browser, is which activities you have finished.
